How to use Facial Ice Globes

Facial Ice globes have a plethora of benefits for your skin. They allow you to perform your own exceptionally refreshing 'cryo' facial at home. They are incredible for de-puffing and calming the skin as they cool your skin with the help of ice. They come as a set of two in a presentation box. They are made from un-shatterable Pyrex Glass which means they are safe and reliable. The anti-freeze liquid within them allows them to stay cooler for longer, and they won't get sticky and drippy like regular ice cubes.
Ice is used in many spa rituals and treatments as it works to boost blood circulation and bring more oxygen to your skin. Creating brighter and more youthful looking skin.

How and when to use ice globes

Use them in the morning to wake up your sleepy skin and in the evening to de-stress and relax. To get the very most out of your globes, you should aim to use them once or twice daily for a period of six weeks.
Using Ice Globes with other skin products also gives the  added benefits of super absorption of product - especially great with sheet masks. They can also be used after intensive and irritating procedures such as waxing, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and dermaplanning.  However they are also excellent for regular use to treat sinus pain, priming your skin for flawless foundation, reducing puffy eyes and redness, reducing pimples, inflamation and acne.

Step 1- SANITISE
Gently sanitise your ice globes with alcohol or any other antibacterial solution. You don't want to massage your skin with unclean globes full of bacteria because it can make things worse than before !

Step 2- FREEZE
Once you have sanitised the ice globes properly, keep them in the fridge or freezer (YES, you can keep our globes in the freezer). for at least 30 minutes for optimal results. We recommend putting them in at night and using them in the morning, right after your facial cleansing routine for the best results. 

Step 3- MASSAGE
We recommend massaging your face with the ice globes for 5 - 15 minutes, gently massage the face. Do not push the globes into your skin, lightly glide them over working in a circular motion. The cold will do its work.

For a skin lifting massage use upward movements to help tighten the skin
For a Lymphatic message use downward movements to encourage lymphatic drainage and reduce the swelling of facial lymph nodes.

Tips
Use with our sheet masks and serums as the ice cold helps to open up your pores, allowing the product to penetrate into your skin. We recommend using them with our gold dew drops sheet masks for glowy and bright skin.
